The Park Kraków Expands Its Amenities: LUX MED Group Opens a Dental Clinic.

The Park Kraków has expanded its range of amenities with the addition of LUX MED Group, which has opened a dental clinic within the complex. This new service enhances the offering of the project developed by Cain International and White Star Real Estate, benefiting office workers and local residents.

As part of The Park Kraków’s commercialization process, the LUX MED Stomatologia clinic has taken up nearly 900 sqm of space in Building B1.

“When creating The Park Kraków, we focus not only on high-quality office spaces but also on providing a variety of conveniences for employees and Kraków residents. The opening of the LUX MED dental clinic in Building B1 marks another step in our strategy. Alongside the already popular My Fitness Place gym, Carrefour Express store, and the Maple Bear preschool, which will begin operations in Building B2 in September 2024, as well as the planned restaurant in Building B1, The Park Kraków is evolving into a self-sufficient office campus that aligns with the 15-minute city concept. With a current commercialization rate of 77% in Buildings B1 and B2, we are close to realizing our vision of a space that not only offers an excellent environment for work and life but also helps save time by integrating numerous services and conveniences in one location,” says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner Poland at White Star Real Estate.

The development of Building B2 has further highlighted the commitment to a well-planned, green environment, providing not only an attractive landscape but also an ideal setting for relaxation and outdoor work. “In the upcoming summer season, tenants will be able to take full advantage of these spaces,” adds Katarzyna Zebura, Senior Leasing Manager at White Star Real Estate.

The LUX MED dental clinic at The Park Kraków is equipped with 12 dental offices and an imaging diagnostics laboratory. In addition to general dentistry, patients can access services in prosthetics, oral surgery, implantology, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.

The LUX MED Stomatologia clinic at The Park Kraków began operations in May 2024.
