NAOS, a French dermocosmetics company responsible for the Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur brands, has joined the ranks of tenants at The Park Kraków complex – jointly developed by White Star Real Estate and Cain International. After operating for over a decade in a different location in this part of the city, the company is relocating its headquarters to modern office space in The Park Kraków, where it will occupy over 800 square meters on the first floor of Building B1. This has increased the occupancy rate in Building B1 to 94%.
NAOS is a French company operating in over 130 countries that combines science with a holistic approach to skin health. It is the founder of three brands: Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, and Etat Pur. Since its founding in 1977, it has been developing its own concept of ecobiology – a scientific approach to skincare that views skin as a living ecosystem. This has led to the creation of groundbreaking products, such as the first Sesnibio H2O micellar water and Node fluid detergent-free shampoo. NAOS has been operating in Krakow for over a decade – the company was previously headquartered next to The Park Kraków.
The decision to relocate to The Park Kraków is another step towards a modern and responsible operating model. We sought a space that would not only be well-designed and functional, but also consistent with our values. “Thanks to our thoughtful approach to sustainable development and harmonious integration with the surroundings, The Park Kraków complex is a natural environment for us to continue our growth,” comments Agnieszka Rzemińska, Communications Manager at NAOS.
The Park Kraków is a modern Class A office campus whose architecture and functionality are based on the principles of biophilic design – supporting the productivity, well-being, and comfort of its users. Currently, two buildings are in operation: B1 and B2. Their surroundings are completely pedestrianized and filled with carefully designed greenery. The design includes, among other things, a green space. Outdoor meeting and relaxation areas are arranged with furniture for relaxation, individual and group work, as well as fountains and drinking fountains. The project’s sustainable character is confirmed by BREEAM certifications at the Excellent level.
We clearly see today that the office market in Poland, although selective, rewards sustainable, well-designed, and functional projects,” says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate. “The Park Kraków is being built with people and the city in mind. It is a campus that aligns with the 15-minute city concept, creating a friendly place for work, integration, and everyday life. We are pleased that such a demanding company as NAOS recognized the potential of this project. The signed agreement is also thanks to our leasing team, who are responsible for the high level of commercialization: 94% in building B1 and 82% in both existing buildings.
The Park Kraków is a destination that attracts brands with a strong identity and clearly defined values. NAOS, with its mission to promote healthy skin and sustainable development, perfectly aligns with the nature of our project. We are pleased that the company has chosen to continue its presence in this part of Krakow, specifically in our complex. Among the existing tenants of The Park Kraków are also companies for whom social responsibility and employee well-being are the foundation of their operations. NAOS will join them, bringing an additional perspective based on values close to the concept of ecobiology and – as the first company in the dermocosmetics industry – enriching the tenant profile with the health and beauty sector,” emphasizes Katarzyna Zebura, Senior Leasing Manager at White Star Real Estate.
Architekci Łosiak Siwiak studio is responsible for the NAOS space fit-out design at The Park Kraków. The tenant will begin operations in the new space in the fourth quarter of 2025.
