The Park Krakow – building B1 triumphed at the CIJ Awards 2023, winning the prize in the Best National Office Development of the Year category.

The CIJ Awards Poland competition has been held for 22 years and enjoys recognition in the Polish and European commercial real estate market. It distinguishes the most inspiring and interesting investments, the teams of specialists behind them, as well as innovative concepts and solutions. The winners are selected by a jury composed of experts operating in various areas of the real estate sector.

The awards in the 22nd edition of the CIJ Awards were presented during a ceremony held on February 27, 2024, at the Verte Warsaw Hotel.
