The commercialization process of The Park Kraków is progressing. Warta, a leading insurer in Poland, is joining the group of tenants. The concept for the new office, designed by the project team at Tétris Poland, will be arranged over nearly 1,700 sqm on the first floor of Building B2. The transaction was mediated by the advisory firm JLL, which also serves as the project manager for the fit-out work.

Due to its dynamic growth, Warta has decided to relocate its Kraków branch and will open its office in The Park Kraków in the fourth quarter.

The commercialization of The Park Kraków is advancing rapidly, as evidenced by the fact that Building B2, delivered in October 2023, is already nearly 70% leased. This is thanks to our leasing team, which continuously works to understand the expectations and fulfill the needs of our tenants. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the advisory firm JLL. The opening of Warta’s office at the new location is planned for November 2024.
