Great news for all Cracovians, especially for the residents and visitors of the Podgórze and Zabłocie districts. The SHUVARY PARK, a relaxation and recreation area, is being built on the premises of the newly built office project THE PARK KRAKÓW, near the Zalew Bagry. There will be food tracks, a playground for children, bars and sports infrastructure. The opening is planned for the end of June this year.

Shuvary Park is being built at 23 Saska Street, exactly on the premises of the office campus of The Park Kraków, which is currently under construction. The new, green relaxation zone is located just 200m from the Leipzig tram stop, in the immediate vicinity of numerous bicycle paths.

On the area of approximately 3,000 m2, there will be everything that the residents like the most – a mini container town with bars, food trucks, a playground for children, or places to work with a laptop. For fans of active leisure, there will be volleyball, basketball and table tennis courts on site. There will be regular events organized in the zone, including free summer cinema, outdoor yoga, sports events, creative workshops and numerous attractions for children. The infrastructure has been adapted to the needs of residents of all ages, even the youngest. It is an interesting alternative for everyone working in the area and spending their free time in this part of Krakow.

During the day, you will be able to drop in for lunch, a company meeting or spend time with friends. Parents can take advantage of the playground and read a book in peace or relax with a coffee and cake. In the evening you will be able to sit in the open air – drink wine or craft beer, watch a movie, listen to music or take advantage of the current program of attractions.

When creating THE PARK KRAKÓW office complex, we listened not only to the needs of a potential tenant of office space and its employee, but also of a resident of Krakow. We wanted it also to be a space that encourages recreation and spending free time in this place. That is why, ultimately, out of 5 hectares of the project area, as many as 3 of them will be green areas, excluded from car traffic” – says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner w White Star Real Estate.

The opening of the zone is scheduled for July 8, details on the official SHUVARY PARK profiles.
