The Park Kraków at ul. Saska is an investment carried out by White Star Real Estate, which will include the construction of 10 office buildings. The first of them has just reached 80 percent. construction advancement. Construction works are to be completed at the turn of 2021 and 2022r.

The construction of the first building as part of The Park Kraków began in mid-2020. The project is located at the intersection of Kuklińskiego and Saska Streets, in the immediate vicinity of tram and bus stops, as well as the Kraków Płaszów railway station.

The first building, the construction of which is at the final stage of works, will provide 12,500 sq m of space on the Krakow real estate market. sqm of modern A-class office space. The entire complex will have a total of over 100,000 sq m. sqm of leasable area and will be implemented in stages. The investment area covers a total of approx. 5 ha, of which green areas will be approx. 3 ha and will be excluded from car traffic.

“The works related to the construction of the first of eight buildings making up The Park Kraków have entered the decisive phase. Works at the level of two-storey garages, water and sewage systems, or related to HVAC installations, which are responsible for air exchange in the building, are currently advanced in over 90 percent. There is a little more to do outside the building. We have completed the construction of access roads and work in the vicinity of the building in 30 percent. We are counting on good weather, and the current completion date, scheduled for the turn of 2021 and 2022, remains unchallenged” – says Bartosz Prytuła, Managing Partner at White Star Real Estate.

As part of the works at The Park Kraków, elevators have already been installed in building 1, and in the case of the façade, only 20% of the work has to be done. robot. Currently, intensive works are also underway in the area surrounding the investment. Sidewalks, outdoor lighting are being prepared and the final arrangement and selection of greenery are designed.

“Interior decorators have also started work in the building. We do the so-called mock-ups of elevator and entrance halls, on the basis of which we will select the final materials with which the common parts will be finished. We are also currently paying a lot of attention to the external areas, which will be the showpiece of the complex. Greenery will be planted around the buildings, which will fit in with the surroundings, and the whole building will be lined with ecological materials with water elements. Additionally, water elements are provided. On the other hand, green terraces will be built on the top floors of the office buildings” – adds Bartosz Prytuła.

The investment at 25 Saska Street will be the largest office project in the capital of Małopolska so far. The project assumes that on each floor of the office building there will be approx. 240 workstations, which in total gives 9.6 thousand. places for office workers in the entire complex. The ground storeys in the buildings will be partially dedicated to service activities. The first building, which is nearing completion, is to house a lunch bar, a grocery store and a gym.

“Ultimately, the entire complex will also include numerous restaurants, cafes, a fitness club, a kindergarten and a number of other services. We also do not forget about cyclists, for whom infrastructure, such as bicycle stands, changing rooms and showers will be created in the first stage” – summarizes Bartosz Prytuła.
